Animating Ten Words That Describe Me


In this project I used key frames in a video timeline. Using the video timeline was different than a frame-by-frame animation because you do not have to animate every frame because the computer does it for you. I liked how the video timeline let me not use as much time making frames but it was harder to get it to look the way I wanted it to. Overall I think that a video timeline is quicker but a frame-by-frame animation looks better.

Junior Year Reflection

Reflection Over my three years of being in the eComm program I have learned many valuable takeaways, but today I will only share one from each of the eComm guarantees. First technology, the main takeaway I got for technology is the importance of remembering that technology is not some force to be wielded but a obstacle to push through. This means that technology does no always do what you want it to, but when you finally get it working you have grown in knowledge and experience. Second is collaboration, from my time working on the TV 25 website I learned that sometimes when working with other people specially a client it is very hard to balance creating something they envisioned and creating something that is actually functional and looks good. Smitty's Lawn and Garden website redesign

For this site I redesigned www.smittyslg.com to be a mobile first site. This was a very interesting redesign because it forced me to follow the same content of the old site while having me design it in a way that works on mobile. I can't say that I like doing mobile first but I know it's importance and I should get used to it.
