E-comm

e-Comm has been nice so far. I enjoy the hands on projects and learning how to use new programs. I am thinking of going into animation and web design for my two focus areas. I want to do these because you create products that people can enjoy and also challenge yourself.

Animating Ten Words That Describe Me

In this project I used key frames in a video timeline. Using the video timeline was different than a frame-by-frame animation because you do not have to animate every frame because the computer does it for you. I liked how the video timeline let me not use as much time making frames but it was harder to get it to look the way I wanted it to. Overall I think that a video timeline is quicker but a frame-by-frame animation looks better.

Principles of Animation

Great video about squash and Stretch: Great video about ease in/ ease out: Great video about animation arks:

Ball Arks

In this project I used arks to make a ball bounce in a direction. I animated the ball using squash and stretch. I  used a "punchline" at the end witch is the ball being launched at the end. I enjoyed using these properties of animation to create this bouncing ball.

Bouncing ball

My first animation project was a bouncing ball. I learned how to use layers to animate the ball.I used squash and stretch to show the speed and bounciness of the ball. I also used ease-in and ease-out to show speed. I learned a lot from this project about animation.
