This year I learned technology by using software to make websites and learned code. I learned collaboration by helping those around me and asking for their help. I learned communication by talking with those around me about projects and what needed to be done. I learned Project management by turning in projects for a due date and leaning how to manage my time. My greatest strength in this class was the ability to write code and being able to make a site look good. My greatest weakness is finding the content to go into the website. I will take away from this class the ability to code and design a website that is appealing an functional. Overall I think this was a great year and I really enjoyed it. If I was to change one thing it would to have been able to do collaborative projects with others in the class.

This year I learned allot more about the programs used in animation and how they work. This was very important because it helped me do things with animation that I would not have been able to do before. I also learned how to collaborate better with people by doing group projects and helping others learn some of the programs. I learned communication by doing blogposts like this one and communicating in group projects. Also this year I learned project management by turning in projects on time and finishing my part of a group project so we could get it in on time. I also learned leadership by helping lead the group I was in. I also learned it by helping people with their projects and teaching them. I think my strength is in the technical aspect of animation and weakness is in the creative/written side. This is a short film about different animals trying to cross the road. The story is amazing because it has some comedy and some romance. This has great use of squash and stretch and ease in and ease out. I think it could have done a better job of introducing the characters but other that that it was a great animated short.

First start by selecting the cylinder tool Next make it your desired size Once you have your shape go into vertex mode Select the middle vertex of the top of the cylinder Next move it up tell you have a point that you like Then select the middle point of the bottom  and pull it up to be the engine Next select the outer points of the bottom of the cylinder Get the scale tool and shrink them It should look like this when you are done Next select the spots you want to be finns Then select the extrude tool and also select the scale tool and scale them up Next use the transform tool to bring them down Then select the scale tool and scale them down to look like fins Once your done with that all you need to do is color And that is your rocket completed from one simple cylinder.

  This extension is is used to resize your chrome window to the size of several different screens. This is a great extension for web designer trying to see how the site looks on different screens. This extension make it so that you can tell what fonts have been used on a site. This would be useful for looking at a site and finding a font you like. This would be great for anyone that uses text or makes websites. To use the extension just click the logo and hover over any text on a page. Next just click on the text making a marker. Do this to all the fonts you want then close out of the program. This is a very useful tool and I would recommend it to anyone that works with fonts. ColorZilla is en extension for Google Chrome it is a extension that makes it so you can tell what colors are used on a web page. This is important because if you see a color you like on a website you can know the exact code for it so you can use it yourself. This would be great for anyone that makes websites or likes making graphics. How you use this extension is very easy, just left click the eye dropper and select one of the modes and then if needed click a color on the page. This is a fun and useful tool that I would recommend to anyone that uses color codes or anyone that likes colors. Download it now: ColorZilla

I chose to use this color scheme because the green adds color but does not take over the the logo. The red adds a pop of color and complements the green. 

This is a mascot I designed, it is a mongoose. I chose the mongoose because it is a fierce animal and it takes on other animals bigger than it. So far the mascot is coming together great. If you have any feedback feel free to tell me.
