What is Graphic Design?

Most people think that Graphic Design is just pictures and logos, but it is not just that. Graphic Design is a way of expressing yourself. You can express yourself in words, color, shapes, images and spacing. As you can see Graphic Design is allot more than people thin. Most of Graphic Design is sociological, trying to figure out how to capture the audience and keep them engaged. Web designers use text and images to capture people and get them to look at there website. Posters and adds are created by graphic designers who are hired by companies to sell there products. So Graphic Design is more than people think and I hope you learned something about it.

House Project

In this project we used SketchUp to create a house from a floor plan. You first create a rectangle the size of the floorpan. Then you Make the roof. The hardest part was the patio because of all the spacing between the bars.

Junior Year Reflection

Reflection Over my three years of being in the eComm program I have learned many valuable takeaways, but today I will only share one from each of the eComm guarantees. First technology, the main takeaway I got for technology is the importance of remembering that technology is not some force to be wielded but a obstacle to push through. This means that technology does no always do what you want it to, but when you finally get it working you have grown in knowledge and experience.
